In 2020 I've decided not to postpone anymore my longlasting dream and I begin my culinary journey.
During the first Covid lockdown I couldn't just sit at home, and CoKitchen took me to help them. And before that I've been taken part in the preperation in various caterings, but this time I participated in the everyday work. They've showed me that I can feel confortable in a professional kitchen.
In September 2020 I've signed for my new beginning in HRC culinary academy Sofia, associate’s degree program in culinary arts.
In September 2021 I left for intership in wine restaurant Mes Amis, Maastricht for six months. I'll be always grateful for all the knowledge about the different departments in the kitchen, but I just proved that pastry is all I want to do.
In May 2022 I've joind the pastry team of Kempinski San Lawrenz, Malta, as my final internship before graduation. There I had the opportunity to test different flavour combinations and textures to create new desserts, which became part of the menu.
Since January 2023 I'm part of the team of restaurant "de Stadt van Luijck", in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, as a pastry chef. Currently the restaurant is given 15,5 point from Gault&Millau.
